Reservation Policies
Registration is $425 per engaged couple on Oahu and $325 per engaged couple on neighbor island weekends (Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, Lanai, and Molokai). Please understand lodging is NOT PROVIDED on neighbor island weekends (Hawaii, Maui, Kauai, Lanai, and Molokai). If online registration is not available or you prefer to register by mail please print, complete, and submit payment with the Hawaii Catholic Engaged Encounter paper registration form. To change your registration, contact our Registration Couple by phone or text at (720) 432-1443 or email hawaiiregistration@engagedencounter.com. The retreat cost includes a $75 non-refundable registration fee. No refunds are given for cancellations made on Wednesday or later the week of your registered weekend. By completing registration and submitting payment you agree to abide by the policies of Hawaii Catholic Engaged Encounter and the teachings of the Catholic Church on marriage. For liability reasons, children cannot be present on the weekends. Alcohol and illegal drugs are not permitted on the weekend. Couples need to be present for the entire weekend. If an emergency arises, please speak to a team member before leaving.
Baptized Catholics are required to provide the name of the church where your wedding will take place and the clergy preparing you for marriage.
When registering provide your legal names to be printed on the certificate you will receive at the end of the weekend.
Please be prepared to input all registration information and make payment. You will not receive a reservation confirmation until payment is made in full.
